How we ran a five-day migration with three people and two agents

The setup
We had 48,000 invoices on a legacy plan and a week to move them. One agent mapped the old schema, another checked edge cases, and three of us took turns watching.
Nobody sat with the agent all day. People dropped in when they had context to add, and the session kept the whole history in one place.
What we would do again
Leaving notes on specific steps instead of restarting the run saved us at least a day. The handoff on day four took two minutes, because Priya could see exactly where things stood.
