What we collect

We collect the account details you give us, the content of sessions you create, and basic usage data that helps us keep the service running. We do not sell your data.

How sessions are stored

Session history is encrypted at rest and kept for the replay period of your plan. Owners can delete a session at any time, and deleted sessions are removed from backups within 30 days.

Agents and third parties

When you connect an agent or a tool, Roundtable shares only the data that session needs. Each integration lists the permissions it uses before you connect it.

Using Roundtable

You are responsible for the agents you connect and the work they do in your sessions. Do not use Roundtable to break the law or to harm others.
